What to write about

One address handles everything. Putting the topic first in the subject line gets you a faster answer.

Billing or refunds — write from the address you paid with and include the listing and the amount. What we can and cannot refund is set out in the Refund & Delivery Policy.
Wrong category — tell us the listing and where it should go. Free, no questions asked.
Edit or take down your listing — email from the address you paid with. A takedown does not reverse the payment.
Stop the outbid emails — reply to any one of them, or write to us. We send no marketing email, only order confirmations and outbid alerts.
Privacy requests — access, correction, deletion, or export. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold.
Press and partnerships — happy to share numbers.

Reporting a listing

If a listing infringes your rights, impersonates you, or points somewhere unlawful, email us with the listing page on joyrank.lol, the destination, and what is wrong with it. We may hide the listing while we look into it. The full notice procedure is in section 13 of the Terms of Service.

Security issues — write to the same address with “security” in the subject and please give us a reasonable window to fix the problem before disclosing it.

Payment questions

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for every payment, so it is the name that appears on your statement and the party that issues your invoice and collects tax. Ask us first — we can see the order — but disputes about the payment itself can also go to www.waffo.ai.

What we cannot help with

Getting your rank back. Rank is the bid. If someone paid more, the only route back is to pay more — the Rules apply to everyone equally, including us.
The products listed here. They are advertisements. For a problem with a listed product, contact that company directly.
Removing a competitor. A rival outranking you is the board working correctly. Rights infringement is different — report it and we will act.
